INRODUCING THE NEW CHAIMAN OF THE BOARD CESAR SUGATAN
Cesar Sugatan was born in Cavite near Metro Manila where a US Naval base was located. Like most Filipino young men of that province he enlisted in the US Navy to pursue the American dream. Married his childhood crush and brought her to the USA. He served the nation with distinction for 20 years. He was awarded the Navy’s professional achievement award and the Navy Exchange Command for best sales and service award Pacific Fleet for 4 consecutive years.
After his Naval service he became a successful entrepreneur as a manufacturer’s representative supplying the Navy and other institutions with his products, His extensive experience in retail management, procurement, storage, financial management and strong communications skills helped him in his business. More than the business side of it, retirement has given him an opportunity to spend time with his family and give back to the community. He and his wife have been very active in the church activities in Mill Creek and helped anonymously many in need. He joined PAEP several years ago as Treasurer. During his tenure stewardship of PAEPs assets have been excellent. Welcome to our new Chairman of the board.
